Only those Australian producers who craft ciders from 100% Australian fruit are eligible to participate in Australian Cider Day and we’re proud to say that Flying Brick Cider Co was the very first cab off the rank back in 2020 to be involved in the national celebration (even though that had to be cancelled b/c of you know what. . .)

Cider Making Demonstrations
Join Cider Master Nyall Condon and team in a rare, behind the scenes interactive adventure with rack and cloth. Explore, taste and learn about crafting boutique ciders from fresh fruit.
Get amongst it at 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm.
$20 pp. includes your choice of a 4 pack of your favourite Flying Brick Cider stubbies to take home.

Our cool ‘Cockpit’ (aka food van) will be serving up a range of mouth-watering awesomeness
- Bao Buns – Korean fried tofu, fermented cabbage, cucumber, plum sauce (Vegan)
- Burger – Beef brisket, fermented cabbage, pickles, kimchi mayo, red cheddar (GFA)
- Hand-Made Dumplings – choose from Pork, Chicken or Shiitake Mushroom
- Korean fried Chicken Wings – w. white sesame, pickled daikon
- Shoestring fries + Kewpie mayo
- Charred corn + miso butter, togarashi
